You can very easily check the iqama expiry date / validity of your iqama on the Ministry of Interior website as follows : Option 1 

1. Open this Direct link to required page
2. Enter the Iqama Number
3. Enter the Image Code
4. Click View Button

Check Iqama With Second Option :

1. Open This Link www.moi.gov.sa
2. Click English on the upper left corner
3. Click on E-Services Tab
4. Click on “Passport” in the left column
5. Scroll down and click on “Query”
6. Enter the Iqama Number & the Image Code then click “View”
